I do require a 50% deposit of your total amount to secure your time slot to be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. The remaining fee can be paid before the shoot or while you are with me. This is non refundable or transferable.

Gift vouchers have to have full payment made when purchasing and are not refundable. The experience booked is fixed and may not be able to be changed if the child outgrows the age restrictions for the photoshoot. If you have any questions about this, please get in contact. 

In wedding bookings I require a £100 deposit to require the booking. Full payment must be made before your special day.

You are able to rearrange the shoot time or day up to 7 days before the planned slot. After this period you may receive a rebooking fee. 

Cancellations cannot be done once the deposit is paid. If you have a question about this then please get in contact with me. 

I appreciate that having little ones means that schedules can be difficult to keep. If you are running late then please message me to make me aware. In some cases I may be able to push back your time slot. However other times I may not be able to do this due to other scheduled clients. If this is the case then we will finish your shoot at the original agreed time, and I will not be able to refund you the time missed. 

Unless told otherwise I will assume that you are happy for me to use the photographs from the session on my website and other social media sites.

You are more than welcome to use the images from the shoot on your own personal social media accounts, however Captis Photography must be credited for the photos. And you cannot alter them in any way.
